Job Head of Senior School, Yamba

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Senior School to join our community in a full time capacity in Term 1, 2026.

Pacific Valley Christian School is a dynamic Prep to Year 12 co-educational Christian learning community committed to developing and nurturing our students. It is a well-established school located near Yamba (in Townsend) on the far north coast of NSW and is part of the Pacific Group of ten Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW.The School emphasises excellence and growth in Christian character with its vision being ‘to provide a Christian educational community as a centre of teaching, learning, and serving excellence founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour’. • Personal Christian faith and a commitment to this community of faith and practice
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in education
• Experience in teaching and educational leadership desirable
• Depth of understanding of the principles of Christian education
• Exemplary teaching practice
• Highly developed administrative skills
• Highly effective written and oral communication skills
• Highly developed interpersonal and relational skills
• Capacity to develop policy aligned to the School’s vision and to implement policy in procedures

Responsibility for

1. Leadership and development of all aspects of the Senior School
2. Day to day operations through the organisation of the Senior School
3. Pastoral care and welfare of the Senior School community of students, parents and staff
